If you’re not completely in love with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right immediately.
