Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition of returned items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and any hygiene liner still attached. Items returned worn, washed, or with the liner removed cannot be refunded.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong thing, we cover the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return we never receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or print? Contact us and we will arrange it. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped it must be handled as a return.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please note that sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the statutory cancellation right once unsealed.
