This website is operated by BondedByFury. By visiting our site or buying from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in the country where you live, and that you have given us permission to supply this site to any minor dependants in your care.
3. Products
We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. Sizing is given as a guide; please refer to the size chart on each product page.
Our novelty printed swimwear features a flat printed design on fully closed fabric. Nothing is cut out and the garment provides ordinary coverage. Product photography is intended to show the printed effect.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected on site and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, and will refund you in full in that event.
5. Bundle offers
Multi-pair bundle pricing is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying quantity is in your cart. Bundle discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes unless expressly stated.
6. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we change or cancel your order we will attempt to notify you using the contact details supplied at the time of purchase.
7. Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

Our site may include content or links from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party materials and do not warrant them.
